Large Loft with exposed beams, second floor of a building without a lift but with easy stairs, the views are on the street which is very quiet and allows you to keep the windows open. In the historic center it is a luxury. The Loft is very welcoming and divided into several spaces. Lounge with large sofas and TV. Dining area with round glass table, small kitchen but equipped with induction hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine in addition to the classic Moka. Sleeping area with large wardrobes and chest of drawers and double bed. The bathroom with shower and washing machine
The sofa in the living area can be transformed into a real single bed if necessary. AC and WiFi Fiber. 

The self check-in device will usually be activated for those arriving late according to my timetables but above all to avoid creating anxiety for my guests who can thus decide to check in independently
If necessary, I can be present at check-in to show guests the apartment and inform them of everything they need to know
